Transfer of the deceased from an Oakland or Macomb County Hospital to our facility from 8 am to 9 pm.
Embalming and preparation of deceased for viewing.
A rental casket.
Use of our facility, equip., and staff 2 hours Saturday or Sunday
Filing of the death certificate, obtaining the cremation authorization permit from the medical examiner and notification of death to Social Security.
Transportation of the deceased to the crematory and returned of the ashes to our facility.
Cardboard cremation container and black plastic temporary urn.

Additional Services
Transfer of deceased from a home, residence, Medical Examiners or Nursing/Assisted Living facility.
If the death occurs outside of Oakland or Macomb Counties.
Removal of pacemaker or any device that may damage our equipment.
Additional transfer fee for an individual weighing 300 lbs. or more.
Pre-Payment Services before the death occurs. (Includes setting up and filing paperwork to a third party fiduciary that holds the monies irrevocably until the death occurs, annual auditing and filing as required by law).

Offerings that take place before the cremation:

Express/ priority service - move to the front of the line. (2-4 day turn around after doctor signs death certificate)
Constant Tracking. (email notification as we move thru each step of the process)
Email picture identification of the deceased. (required in some states )
Up to one private hour with the deceased at our facility to say goodbye. M- F, 10 am until 4 pm.
Bathing, dressing, closing the eyes, mouth and preparing the deceased for a peaceful appearance.
Witnessing the cremation at our contracted crematory or one selected by you.
Cremation at a crematory other then our contracted crematory.
Refrigerated storage of the deceased if the cremation is delayed.
Offerings that take place after the cremation:
Seperating ashes into basic containers
Filling an urn not purchased from us. (Not responsible for damage of poor quality constructed urns)
Filling multiple urns not purchased from us. (Not responsible for damage of poor quality constructed urns)
Delivery of ashes to local residence or cemetery by staff or domestic delivery by US Mail. Within Continental US. (Other location may incur Additional cost).
Storage of urn/ashes after 30 days($ 350 a week)
Internment/disposal of urn/ashes if not picked up after 6 months.
Offerings for the celebration of the life lived:
Arranging for military honors and obtaining a US Flag. (DD214, honorable discharge required)
Engraving the deceased name, date of birth and date of death on an urn ordered thru us.
Rental urn. (Urn does not leave our facility)
Officiant/clergy honorarium.
Transportation of casketed deceased to church for services with service van. (3 hour maximum)
Transportation to the crematory/church using a hearse instead of a service van.
Delivery of ashes within Oakland and Macomb Counties.
Use of our facility, equip. and staff Mon. thru Fri, 10 am until 4 pm, (maximum 4 hrs)
Anytime Saturday or Sunday (maximum 4hrs)

We can obtain death certificates for you quickly and efficiently.
Our fee is $125 for the first six and each one in addition to that is $10 each.
They may be picked up or delivered with the ashes.

We work as efficiently as possible to expedite the cremation process for you. However, there are procedures outside of our control that affect this efficiency. Because of this we recommend not planning any services until you have the cremains in your possession. Average processing time may take 5-10 days. Due to the COVID19 Pandemic, processing time may be delayed.
