Esther Harmon passed away on March 7, 2019 in Oxford, MI. at the age of 87.
She is predeceased by her husband Eugene and daughter Brenda.
She is survived by her son Larry (Jo) Harmon and Terry (Kathy) Harmon. She is also survived by her grandchildren Tom (Sally) Grulke, Michelle (Mike) White, Melissa (Eric Karras) Grulke, Melinda (Tony Moss) Grulke, Melanie Grulke, Dan Harmon, Scott (Amy Jones) Harmon, Mike Harmon and Jenny Harmon. She is also survived by her great grandchildren Molly, Kaily, Emily, Nick, Nate, Rebecca, Samantha, Tyler, Owen, Tobi and Ryan.
She will lovingly be remembered for her quick wit, sense of humor and infectious laugh. She loved to play cards (crazy rum) with her family and bingo with her fellow residents at Independence Village. She was a huge Detroit Tiger fan and seldom missed watching a game. Her greatest joy, however, was spending time with her family. She always had a kind word to say and was always there for her family.
She will be greatly missed by all.

I still think of Esther and how warm her smile and presence were. I’m glad I got to know her. She bought about five tins of cookies to give as Christmas presents, and as I was leaving her apartment one day, she get in her closet and take one as a gift. I was so touched by her calm demeanor and generous spirit. Thinking of your family and miss seeing you around.
