Eugene Edward Helzer of Clarkston, MI. passed away at his home on Mary Sue Avenue on August 14, 2017 at the age of 81. Eugene was born on March 23, 1936 in Pontiac, MI. to the parents of George and Anna Helzer.
Eugene was the husband of Betty June Helzer (deceased), and survived by their five children Cheryl Macy, Ron Helzer, Chris Helzer, Greg Helzer, Bonnie Helzer, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He is also survived by three brothers John Helzer, Bobby Helzer, and Paul Helzer.
Eugene was retired from Pontiac Motors. He enjoyed riding motorcycle, and spending time with his children at the cabin in Leota, Michigan.
A Memorial will be held at the American Legion on Mary Sue in Clarkston, MI. from 1:00-4:00 on August 17, 2017.
He will be greatly missed!
