Gary Lane Berg, 70, of Waterford, Michigan, passed away on March 12, 2023.
Gary was born and raised in Waterford, Michigan with his parents and four siblings. Gary enjoyed learning about new technology and how to implement it into daily life. He could troubleshoot and fix mechanical items with very little thought. He was always great at making others laugh with his jokes. He was a fairly private individual even with his family however he always made it known in inconspicuous ways that he cared deeply for each of them. Gary was the proud parent to his bird Apollo for many years.
Gary was predeceased by his parents Robert Ermil Berg Sr., Myrna L Berg (Bliss), his daughter Myrna Sanders, his brother Robert Ermil Berg Jr., his brother in law William Carter and his nephew Robert Carter. He is survived by his sisters Dee Ann Carter, Bonnie (Walt) Blehm, and Debra Boehme, nephews and nieces William (Zoe) Carter Jr., David (Becky) Blehm Jr., Jesse Blehm, Tabitha Boehme, Cassandra (Freddy) Armstead, Anna (Mike) Denny, Laura (Dave) Bongiorno, and great nephews and nieces.

I am sorry to hear of Gary’s passing. I worked with Gary and stayed in touch with over the years. We would periodically touch base and he would update me on the violets he inherited from his mother. He was such a kind man and I will his texts and calls. My condolences to his family.
