Mary Jane Doyle, 75, formally of Livonia, Michigan, passed away on February 29, 2020. She was born July 7, 1944 in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of the late James and Catherine Wall. She is the oldest of 5 siblings.
Mary Jane grew up in Ferndale and moved to Livonia, Michigan after marrying her husband Daniel Doyle. Mary Jane’s faith was always extremely important to her and she spent many hours supporting and volunteering at her local church, St. Michael’s. In addition to the many hours Mary Jane spent at St. Michaels, she was also able to find her dream job at Mary Denning’s Cake Shoppe. Mary Jane always loved baking, especially chocolate chip cookies, and she was able to turn her love into a full time career and spend many years making the most amazing cakes and cookies.
Mary Jane is survived in life by her sister Laureen Wall; her Nephews, Albert (Ted) Gibbons Jr,
James Gibbons, and Stephen Yenshaw; and her nieces, Amanda Kuechle and Martina Sykes.
Mary Jane was preceded in death by her husband Daniel Doyle; her sisters Cathy Gibbons and Martina Kuechle; and her brother James Wall.
The memorial service for Mary Jane has been postponed due to the corona virus. It will be rescheduled at a later date.
