Phyllis Jean Andrews, 73, of Highland, Michigan, went home on November 2, 2017. She is finally at peace.
Phyllis was born in Detroit, Michigan, to Roger and Ruth Glatfelter on June 12, 1944.
Phyllis attended and graduated from Redford Union High School in 1962. After graduation, Phyllis met the love of her life, James, and married in 1965. They built a wonderful life and enjoyed many years together. She was always happy to socialize with many friends and neighbors.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, James Andrews; parents, Roger and Ruth (Stein) Glatfelter; and her sister, Nancy (Glatfelter) Sohn.
She is survived by her three children; daughter, Brenda (Michael) Cole of Portage; and two sons; Roger (Carol) Andrews of Brownstown; and James (Dianna) Andrews, Jr of Waterford; as well as seven grandchildren; Baylee and Avery (B. Cole); Brittney and Nathan (R. Andrews); and Jacob, Zack and Chloe (J. Andrews).
A memorial for family and friends will be held at Highland Cemetery on April 15, 2018. Please contact the family for more information.
