After a courageous battle with cancer, Craig went to the Lord, May 31, 2017 surrounded by his loving family.
Born January 11,1945 to Frances and Frank Moncher. Residing and growing up in the Bloomfield Hills area, Craig was a graduate of Michigan State University then received a Master degree in finance from the University of Detroit He served in the United States Army for 2 years then joined the firm Touche Ross in Detroit as a CPA. He founded and was President of MAVRICC MANAGEMET SYSTEMS INC.,in Troy, Michigan. He was a wine connoisseur, an avid reader and as his sister says, was a “walking encyclopedia”. Craig was always most happy when he was with his family, being with Holly Beth whether it be traveling and/or with friends. He was adventurous, nicknamed by friend, Jim Henderson, “Sundance” and “The Chrome Cowboy” by son Ian. He had a smile on his face riding on the back of a horse, roping cattle out West, wild game hunting all over the world, Fly Fishing, Skiing and riding on his Harley.
Survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Holly Beth Moncher, his beloved son Chad who pre deceased him 3 years ago, sons Trevor Waskin, wife Fabiola & Granddaughter Ariana, Ian Waskin, wife Karen, all from Oregon. Sister, Pamela (Moncher) Brown, husband Tom and son Tommy Brown, brothers in law, Tex Ragsdale, wife Evelyn and Jay Ragsdale, wife Shawn, nieces, nephews and loving family members. Craig’s friend and confident of 60 years, Rod Lockwood, wife Patrice.
There will be a private family memorial.
