Age 34 passed away at his home. Justin leaves to cherish his memory: children Katelyn Vanderver, Jaden, Amelia, Justin Jr. and Joelee Flores. Parents: the late Maria Elena Putz and Scot Proper. Sibleys: Christopher Nabarette, Kristina, Charles Jr., Katherine and Jeffery Putz. Grandparents: Erlinda and the late Isauro Flores. Special cousin: Rolando Flores Jr. and Joey Proper. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will follow in the future.
