Matthew John McLean, of Clarkston Michigan, passed away suddenly on February 2nd, 2022, at the age of 38.
He was born October 16, 1983, to his parents Michael McLean and Deborah Chrysler in Berkley, Michigan. He lived his entire life in the area. He loved swimming, eating in restaurants, and going for rides in the car. He was active in the Special Olympics for many years, and worked at Career Empowerment Opportunities. He brought joy to all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving parents, grandmother Alice Kelly, sister Jenna (Joshua) Green, nephew Raphael, and a large extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Matthew’s name to the Autism Alliance of Michigan or to the Special Olympics.

My heart goes out to Matt’s parents and sister Jenna. What fund Matt had riding in the car! I am so sorry for everyone’s loss, he passed way too soon. Such a unique young man, he will not be forgotten.
